Hired a tower scaffold for 1 week. Service from start to finish was excellent: fast response to my enquiry email, item I wanted was available even with my short notice/urgent timelines, delivery was hassle free and the driver helped me get it to my front door... finally, collection was on time. All in all, a great experience and these folks will be my first port of call when I need another hire.

After being let down by a major national hire company I was happy to discover SWTH who were fantastic. They responded quickly to my email enquiries, when calling to pay for the equipment I wanted to hire it went to the companies voicemail so I left a message and they called back within in ten minutes. They delivered and picked up on time and the delivery driver was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company going forward and highly recommend their services.

We were bowled over at the outstanding customer service offered by Spencer and his team and the real feeling of “no job too big or small”. From a gutter clear out at our home where we used a tower to supplying our various building sites with MEWPs. The guys at the end of the phone are really knowledgeable and leave no stone unturned.
