Absolutely incredible job! Had a broken toilet flush and they fixed the new one, found a new issue, acquired the parts and installed them. Best and most reliable plumbers!

I first called DL on an emergency callout when my electrician hit a problem routing cables near to a gas line on a Sunday morning. I wasn’t getting any answers first thing on a Sunday from so-called “24/7 emergency” engineers. When I called, I was pleased to hear the friendly and professional Leysan assure me that an engineer would be on site within 20 mins. I was sceptical, but glad someone was on their way.As promised, Donovan arrived at my property, equipped and ready to go. After an inspection, he quickly got to work making the required changes to the mains gas piping. I am quite particular, and maintain hands-on connection with all works on my property. He was respectful of my preferences and keen to do the best job possible. His efficiency and care meant I could get the other contractors back on-track the same day and not lose too much time.Based on this positive experience, I called DL for subsequent jobs as part of our renovation, confident that they would continue to do the business. They didn’t disappoint.I was particularly impressed with the vast knowledge demonstrated by all team members, on the phone and in person. They were able to answer all my queries confidently and provided comprehensive explanations that allowed me to make informed decisions about parts, installation options and budget.Safety is clearly the top priority for these guys – and rightly so as gas engineers!I had to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. The standard of service I received was second to none, and the professionalism displayed by the team was exceptional.I recommend DL Gas and Maintenance to anyone in need of heating and gas services. Quickest response out of 5 I tried last night after our boiler stopped firing up. Reasonable call out rate and got us back up and running in 30 minutes this morning :) Very impressed & already recommended to a neighbour. Thank you!

I contacted the provider on Saturday morning following an emergency issue and they had an engineer attend at my apartment within a few hours. The engineer (Donovan) was extremely thorough, helpful and reassuring. He explained the issues and helped get us back up and running.
