Excellent! Listened to the safety briefing given to my granddaughter before lesson commenced and was very impressed with the manner and knowledge of the instructor. Prior to this I would possibly have bought a board and let her get on with it. How wrong could I be. I think everyone contemplating buying a board should should take a course for the safety aspect possibly more so than the technique. Excellent value also considering all necessary equipment supplied, and 1.5 hrs tuition, what price your loved one.

Absolutely awesome Family SUP Session with Lawrence. So much patience with the kids and accommodated for the additional needs. I had a great 1:1 lesson with Lawrence on a beautifully sunny day. The lesson was a lot of fun but also relaxed. I learnt lots of different ways of turning and general course correction. I think my only criticism is that 1.5 hours goes by way too fast when you are having that much fun. Would have loved 3 hours or more!

Our paddle boarding lesson was the highlight of our girls trip to Margate! Lawrence was a great teacher, he was fun, patient and just an overall nice guy! Would highly recommend :)

We booked a family lesson with Lawrence in Margate. At first I was hesitating over the cost and wondering whether to just hire some SUPs. But this was the perfect introduction to the sport of SUP, with instructions aimed at the right level for the whole family including kids of different ages. Felt safe and fun at all times. Lawrence is patient and easy going. Definitely worth every penny. Loved it!

For people new into SUP it is definitely worth taking a class with Lawrence, not only you learn the basic movements to keep you safe in the water you also learn when and where is best to go. I am very happy I did the class before starting paddle boarding and I am not looking forward to join the sunset SUP club :)

Amazing experience. Me and my two boys(12/14yrs) had a great time with Lawrence. Although it was the first time we tried Sup, it was super enjoyable and a lot of fun! Highly recommended!

Amazing experience and really helpful staff - my partner was very nervous before hand and Paul (our instructor) was very understanding and patient and helpful. Amazing experience right in the heart of Margate and all the equipment is supplied! Really highly recommend to anyone visiting or local!

Went out with Margate Sunset SUP club as a beginner on a summer's weekday evening in Margate harbour. Lawrence, our instructor, was thorough and professional in his teaching approach and organisation of the evening. He was friendly, approachable and supportive. Would definitely recommend. Great way to spend an evening.
