Hearing Wales - Mumbles

Had my first visit to Hearing Wales for micro suction, due to a build up of wax in my right ear that had been causing me issues for the last couple of weeks, this place was recommended by my GP, so contacted them for an appointment, then after a few days or so I reached out to see if there were any cancellations there was yipppeee! Went today and they sucked me out and I'm as right as rain! - The folk there are so kind and professional and I couldn't ask for more will be using them again for their services for sure in near future!! :-)

My wife has now had two visits from Felicity and for the first time is obtaining full benefit from her hearing aids. We are most appreciative of Felicity's knowledge, and of the care and service she provides.

Excellent at home visit from Felicity to deliver my replacement hearing aid which I lost about 2 weeks ago and replaced by insurance company. Felicity spent as much time as necessary to test my hearing and try different ends for the hearing aid. Nothing was too much trouble including get my app to work. Lovely woman who explained everything about the test and the results to ensure they were fitted correctly and to their best. She is coming back next week to check all is well.
