An absolute first class service. I called Joseph for advice on an issue I had with my high end gaming PC. Joseph was fast efficient and friendly and was also able to come to my house to fix my issue and my PC is now running better than ever. His technical knowledge is brilliant and i was able to learn a lot from just watching him work. It’s worth mentioning Joseph is also very good value for money, I’ve tried multiple local tech support options and fell flat every time. I would recommend Joseph to everyone moving forward and will be using him for my upgrade in the future!

Joseph is very knowledgable and professional. He fixed my WiFi, boosted the signal throughout my whole house and set up all my devices. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything he was doing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything IT related!! Highly recommend.

I wanted my old computer speeded up and brought up to the 21st century, it was achieved. Excellent and outstanding workmanship top service with quick turn around turned my old computer into a fast new model. No messing around and very economic. I Highly recommend this young man.

My Wife's computer failed to boot up Searchingthe web for local help Joseph Crockers name came up straight away. Contacted him by phone, a date was arranged for him to do a home visit. Very impressed with his quiet manner and skills. He got the P.C. up and running, but needed because of the time spent to come back a second time, which did so the very next day. Second visit, P.C. back in it's original state. Very impressed with the service and costs. Will certainly use again if needed.

Had a pair of headphones with a broken jack. Great service and repaired headphones came back in better condition than when they were new. Joseph is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable guy.

Brilliant service, great communication, if you need quick, reliable and friendly help with your devices look no further!! Highly recommended! So happy with our upgraded PC and fixed the screen on my phone, couldn't ask for more. Premier all round service here, will definitely be coming back.
