Emma visited my family and I at home before the birth of our first baby. I wanted to learn more about baby first aid and feel reassured those looking after baby knew this too. Emma was engaging, friendly and informative. The session content was interesting and relevant. Overall everyone felt more confident about baby and child first aid if ever needed. Would highly recommend!

Emma was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, covering a lot of ground and offering helpful tips and context. She was sensitive to our individual needs and concerns while keeping things upbeat throughout.We booked a private class. It was great learning practical first aid in the comfort of our home, and Emma was excellent with our sometimes noisy baby!We had a lot of fun, even while covering serious topics. Our parents now feel more confident caring for our baby.We can highly recommend Emma for friendly and informative first aid training :)
