Echo Yoga And Sound

Josephine creates a space of peace and calm around everything she does. I've been lucky to enjoy both her yoga teaching and sound baths and would highly recommend taking some time to refresh and renew yourself with Echo Yoga & Sound.

My friend and I so enjoy our monthly soundbath with Josephine. So relaxing and the sounds are so captivating we emerge feeling a calmness and sense of peace.

I've had the absolute pleasure of Josephine and her beautiful, peaceful, healing, calming and stirring sound baths over the past few years. I was lucky enough to join her in Highdown gardens, at her home studio with a private session and more often in the Heene road community centre. All of these experiences were different in their effects on my body but the healing energy, calmness and peace were deeply felt every time. I am lucky enough to feel the waves inside for the next 24 hours and quite often a shift occurs that heals me in an unexpected way. The power of the big gong will drop me into a deep meditative state like nothing else. I would highly recommend Josephine, she is kind, has a very warm spirit and a calming energy that is so healing and powerful. A wonderful addition to my life journey.

Josephine is an excellent yoga teacher, beautifully flowing classes with great support, and always a warm welcome. Each class is very thoughtfully put together and professionally executed. Josephine has a masterful grip of the true original Indian yoga, with a broad knowledge of the Sanskrit names and the purposes of the poses. She will always make sure that each person in the class is well supported and kept safe if they are suffering from any injuries. I have been doing yoga for 50 years and have had many teachers but she is definitely my favourite.

I attended my first Echo Yoga and Sound group soundbath a year ago and it is now a regular “essential” that I look forward to. Josephine is gentle and calm and she creates a welcoming space that enables deep relaxation. Every time, I come away from the soundbath feeling restored and re-set: it’s always a healing experience. And the sense of my spirits having been lifted carries through into the following days.

I attended the VIP Soundbath Ceremony on a Friday evening. The studio was beautiful and in a lovely part of Worthing, not far from the beach. I felt completely relaxed and reset after the meditation and soundbath. The evening ended with a delicious snack/treat and herbal tea whilst we shared our experiences, for those that did want to share. Josephine is a wonderful host and I would thoroughly recommend the experience.

Josephine has an amazing way of soothing you into your practise and her sound baths are quite frankly heavenly! highly recommend trying them if you have not already !

I met Josephine at a beautiful sound bath in Worthing a deeply relaxing experience. Yesterday I attended my first gentle yoga class in her wonderful new studio. Perfect for me as I am getting strength and balance back after a wrist fracture. Fabulous that mats and props all provided.
