I bought a vehicle with EF68YJU PLATE from you on May 25th and was told that any malfunction that occurred within the first three months would be dealt with by the service teams. Unfortunately, I ran into a lot of problems the first day I got it. The battery signal came on and it wasn't even enough to start the car, there was noise from underneath and there was a problem with one of the seat belts not working properly. Even though this is a brand new vehicle, these issues were supposed to be fixed before I took it in, but unfortunately they weren't. My car didn't start twice this week.When I spoke to your sales reps about these issues, they said for 3 months that all breakdowns would be resolved by BMW service instead of your team, which is pretty alarming considering how much money I spent in good faith buying this vehicle just to have so many problems. immediately after purchase. As you can imagine, my trust in your company has decreased significantly due to this situation, and now all I ask of you is to fulfill the promises when buying my car; please do what needs to be done so that it works properly again soon!Kind regards

Appalling service from the get go!Taking paper work home, breaching data protection, misinformation about how long it would all take, lack of communication and missing manual key. I put in a complaint which was acknowledged very quickly and was told I would receive a phone call in a couple of days offering compensation. I received no phone call, I have since chased them up looking for manual key and all my communication has been ignored! I would not recommend using them at all, spend that little bit more and go else where..save yourself the agro!

Very impressed with staff and service up to when I bought car,very friendly staff. But not to impressed when trying to source a second key for car. Phoned up told I would receive a call back 2.5 hrs later I had to ring them said I had to wait 32 hrs for spares dept to assist me.

Alex Nash dealt with the final part of my part exchange on the 27th December and was very friendly and helpful.He gave me all the necessary information and took his time to explain everything and made sure I understood.He is brilliant at his job and has great banter.I am really happy with my new car and cannot recommend the Car Shop Northampton enough!

Partner brought a service plan when she got the car. Have only ever struggle to get it seen and when they have seen her they've been nothing but rude and belittling. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money getting a plan. Better of going to motorvation in farcotton atleast they treat you like a normal customer and not a silly women that wants to get ripped off!

I'm a CarShop customer from many years and I have never been happy with them service level at Service Centre. This surprisingly changed this year, thank to Nadia. She is the nicest, the most friendly and the most professional person in the whole CarShop I've deal before. I think CarShop should employ more similar people as Nadia, who will bring them a lot more of happy Customers! Only thank to Nadia I will again back for my next car service and MOT to CarShop!

So i have a finance car for couple of years with this company and its been the worst experience ive had with any company, over 30 issues in the first year. I had to take the car in recently for the first time this year and the treatment is even worse, didnt inform me of the issues, havent put a claim in for a courtesy car which i pay for leaving me and my family without a car, i travel to work so have lost a weeks wage and they will not answer their phones. Please be cautious when using the car shop!!! Disgraceful company!!!

Fast and friendly service. The process was very easy and every step from purchase to picking up the car was explained well. CarShop has taken many precautions to follow covid guidelines and altogether it felt very safe.The Northampton location is a bit outside the city centre but you can get there easily by car or public transport.

A very busy organisation, with plenty of staff.Sadly although only booked a service I was also asking for inspection for a noise underneath the car, which I also offered To Pay for ! Told its gets a 12 point check......collected and mentioned it again but given keys after paying and told any problems book in. They missed two opportunities to Book a Job and help me .But overall everyone polite ..
