Kool Classics Eriba Caravan Sales and Servicing
I had “ lost “ my 12 volt supply in my 1990 Puck. I went to Kool Classics to see if it could be found. It was duly found and repaired. They also fitted an inline battery charger to relieve me of the need to fit my portable battery charger. Less faffing around. My thanks to Claire and Co for what they did for me and the advice of what to do during the time it took. Would not hesitate to go back if needed. Thanks.

What a lovely couple Claire and Peter are - so genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and on completion of a full service and some repairs they sold it for us for a very fair price. They have a smallish stock of new and used vans, including some classics, at their base and without hesitation we would recommend them wholeheartedly. From the moment we picked our new caravan up we felt everything was fully explained and we felt confident driving it away for the first time. Their customer service is excellent, we are due our first service this year and know that it will be a thorough service, as their knowledge of Eriba caravans is exceptional.

I needed advice and a replacement overrun damper for my 1998 Eriba. Nobody else was giving me any useful help but Claire at Kool Classics was brilliant, knew her stuff and got me the part I needed very promptly. She was also very concerned to ensure that we were back on the road in time for our next trip. Old Eribas are brilliant but they need support and Kool Classics does that very weill.

Kool Classics Eriba Caravan Sales and Servicing
A very good experience with this Eriba dealer. I have ordered and received a number of parts for my caravan and they have all been good quality at a reasonable cost. I have also had a replaced window fitted and a new motor mover fitted. Both were completed in less than a day by their expert fitters. Kool Classics will be my go to first supplier for parts and repairs. A great team.

Great, friendly service, and lovely new Eriba gas box supplied. Bit tricky to fit, but manageable with a few DIY skills and a Dremel. We brought our Puck from Kool Classics and it’s given us some brilliant holidays (and lots of compliments from other campers).

Would strongly recommend Kool Classics. I bought a lovely Eriba 530 from them. The caravan was very well specced and we’re all delighted with it. Claire really helped with the purchase process and Peter did a very thorough run through / training session as part of the handover which was very useful for a caravan beginner like me.
