The man made us follow him to the stock room then just was like “there you go ” not helping us with a trolly or assisting in any way to get the item to the car. Just left us. Heavy as foooook

It's what you would expect. Very handy shop, and reasonable price, also long opening hours so it's convenient.

Michael, Findlay, and Emily, served me this evening, I had made a mistake with my order and they sorted the problem for me. Very helpful , very obliging. Thank you

I don't recommend digging thereI recently bought three bikes for £1,500, the bikes were packed in boxes when I started assembling the bikes at home, it turned out that they were incomplete!after contacting Argos, it turned out that they were not responsible for it because they did not pack them in the storeand now it turns out that I have to buy the missing parts at my own expense!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Shocking behaviour - went to return an item. Was still in its original packing obviously it hadn't been used whatsoever. The assistant went over it in minute detail, including the clear plastic cover!! After about 5-10 minutes of this forensic examination, I lost my rag and asked for the manager. She refused, so I asked again, still she refused. So then I asked a bit louder so the manager would actually come over. The 'Manager' was a young girl with studs and rings on her face and tattoos!! Her attitude was that I was in the wrong because I spoke loudly asking to see the manager! She said returns were at their discretion again obvious it was in perfect condition. Finally, she agreed the return. NEVER have I had such an issue returning goods. I think these staff need to be moved to the back warehouse as their Customer Service skills are non-existent.

What a shambles. Bought a TV from them, sound is out of sync with picture and picture quality is incredibly poor. Argos refusing return because we don't have the box. No one will take any ownership. Have had to escalate to trading standards and ABTA and we will get joy eventually, but Argos are so obstructive and evasive. I'll never shop there again for anything of value. No customer service whatsoever.

This seems a pretty average store even for Argos. The staff seem disengaged, without being actually awful. The line for the 'express' queue for items that have been paid for online seems to move more slowly than the queue for people how have paid in store. The stars are because this store is good value, they have a huge range, and you can get your stuff same day if you're in a hurry.

even 1 star is too much for the kind of experience I had with them, this has also been escalated to the higher management and a mojor complaint chas been sent to consumer protection, Argos hear office and trading standards.I have came in with the monitor fully packed as it should be and the only 2 things that were out of place was the opened box and the opened bag with the instruction/cable.The employee right away told me that that their returns policy states that they do not accept back monitors, which was the first time ever I had heard of it and upon looking at the argos website found nothing about this either. She them proceeded to take apart the whole box to check all contents and completely took out the monitor of its protective bag, leaving fingerprints on it and then as a reason to not accept it she presented those same fingerprints. The same employee than proceeded to take out all cables out of the bags and untying the cable ties that were on them checking that e erything was in place" she then refused to take it back because the instructions bag with the cable was open

My flat is only 4 minutes away to Argos by car but they don’t deliver my parcel for 4 days. They said that they couldn’t deliver, how that can be possible, it’s only 4 minutes!? Now they are saying they will deliver tomorow! Also they are writing on my page as I returned the item. Now written I return and bought the same item 3 times! What the hell is this? If I had a car I would go and take my order myself. I won’t buy anything from Argos anymore. 0 out of 5.

Bought an item that was not what I required. I kept all the packaging, and returned within the time period, as per consumer rights and there terms and conditions.On returning my item, it didn’t not have the plastic wrapping (like the one below) and they were stating it was not re sellable.Also because the Argos sticker was missing.Not quite sure how you get into a product without removing the plastic.After the cashier continuing to ask me what was wrong with it and state it’s not sell able, some boy, assume manager used some sense and did the right thing, exchanging my product for what I wanted.He’s the only reason I’ve given two stars and not one.
