My husband lost his wallet in security. We realised it had gone at the departure gate. Rang through to security. It had been passed to lost property. Too late to fetch so flew on hols Arrived back in middle of night. LPO closed. I sent SAE for return no reply. My son emailed with details. They can’t find it. So where is it ? It was confirmed passed to them be security. Good job we cancelled his credit card They’re welcome to the £30 whoever has it. People beware don’t lose your stuff you’ll never see it again

Left under the seat on easyjet fight from malaga on the 3rd Sept landed terminal 1 EZY2004Spoke with cabin crew and they confirmed the bag had been found and handed in .Submitted a form with yourself to be told no match we called the airline and nurmous another people basically being passed around ! All resulting in the same result we don't have it .We went to the lost luggage desk at terminal one a girl confirmed the bag was in the system and they started looking for it she told me she would email me when the bag was located as there was a lot to look threw so after over a week of not hearing nothing and speaking with various other people with no look I travelled to the airport once more , yes the bag is on the system so they start the search then I'm told it seems the bag has now gone to auction !It was ;A child's bagPaw patrol characters onName Jax embroidered on the strap .ContainingToy carsMonkeySamsung mobile phone

Pointless. They charge a fortune to be reunited with your items no matter how small. My wallet fell out my pocket on a train. The wallet was found in a further destination, nowhere near my home or work.Had a voicemail from a private number saying they'd found it. Great news. But they said ring back without leaving a number. Tried to find a number to ring on the website, nothing. After some searching on Google I struggled to find it, but eventually did.I asked if my wallet could be moved by them to a more convenient office location for me...no option for that. Don't understand why that can't be an option in this day and ageThey then said it would be £30 to get my item to me! Absolute scandalous, not even worth it for those small items...seems like they are profiting from others misfortune. Would be more than happy for them to use a company like Evri/InPost where it would be less than £10 to get to me. That is all that's needed for those small items.

My flight got cancelled and I was told to collect my baggage. After 9 hours of the staff telling me they are trying to locate my bag, I eventually got told we dont know where your bags are". I haven't even flown anywhere and they still managed to lose my bags!!!"

Manchester Airport should look into it but clearly doesn't give a monkey about us customers. How sad on them --- don't they get enough profits from us probably. Brilliant and very nice people at Lost Property, but Manchester airport must not get enough profit from us customers and don't have enough people at lost property. It's a private company I believe and I suppose Manc airport just pay them as little as they can and basically wash their hands from there. Very sad. It is too automated with no chance to receive a personal email or call or anything more personalised from them (all very automated) in any way unless you go there in person, and you can't even really put a formal complaint. I left my laptop behind at security - security suppose to be a secure place, really? Reported it on the same day but I think that sadly we customers are on our own (Manc airport doesn't give a dammed about it) ,unless you go there in person they don't have enough people to deal with. As good and kind as they are they can only deal with so much and unless you are the lucky one better leaves it for lost regretfully. As said, Manchester Airport probably don't have enough profits the poor guys and have to let customers down. To me, how sad on their side really

DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! my 6yr old lost his ipad on emirates flight emirates found and handed it in to lost property and have me reference number and photo evidence and told me to go and collect it but when arrived staff said they don’t know where it was! they don’t reply to emails and staff said they don’t answer calls big scam! they make money off you not getting your lost items back as they can resell them so the focus isn’t getting your lost items back to you it’s on selling them on.

Got a receipt from Emirates that says they got my tablet. I've filled in the form multiple times, with copy of receipt Emirates provided me. All I get back is generic email back saying unfortunately they can't find it! Sounds like a suspicious company this! Police are being informed!

1 star as you can’t leave zero. Left a set of Bose wireless headphones on Virgin flight from florida at end of October,logged a lost property report which came back promptly as found along with drinks bottle not reported. Two hour drive to airport to collect , only to find they had drinks bottle couldn’t find headphones which were supposed to be ‘linked’, then spent over an hour waiting for them to not find them but promised to do a more detail check when person who logged them in was at work. Told whilst there they don’t answer the phone (assuming you can find the number) as most Manchester airport ones don’t work). My son in law went this week and found them completely unhelpful in fact weren’t even aware one item had been collected. I have raised a complaint with the airport itself but I’m not optimistic . Seeing all the complaints surprised the police haven’t been involved ?

Fantastic service. Helped me with a lot of information. About train and bus routes and times. For train station storage times and other details. I left my bags in storage. After ten minutes I changed my plans and I went to get my bags. And the employee does not charge me for 10 minutes. Super attitude. I wish these employees a cool life!
