Diamond Window Cleaning
Poor job completed. contacted these to clean windows as a 1 time job. Only to find a few weeks later I get a text to say clean windows again and to pay up. The windows didn’t look like they had been cleaned, contacted them to say I have paid to just take the lose and advised I won’t be using the service again due to poor quality. No response from owner to come rectify the poor job.

Disappointed to discover they didn't remove the debris/blockages from the downpipes, it seems only surface cleaning was provided (far from what their website portrays). Also, a customer shouldn't have to weekly chase for a resolution to be provided, nor have to resolve themselves by climbing up there to remove said blockages after being fobbed off for weeks! Dam shame really, seemed lovely people at first.
