I bought a roof lantern so my builder could install it on my single storey kitchen extension. It arrived in 10 days my builder fitted it with ease.Brilliant service and quality!

Had to get some white PVC windows organised quickly to avoid getting held up. Rang round a few suppliers and was getting 3-4 weeks leadtime.Found these guys and spoke to a bloke called Craig who was confident that he could turn the order around in 10 days so thought I would give them a chance. Windows turned up as promised and got the building closed in time for the plasterers to get in.Straightforward and did what they said they would - recommended.

I had been let down by my local window supplier in Carlisle, they promised me everything I needed would be achieved so you can imagine my anger when they called 3 weeks before delivery to tell me that they couldn’t get the size and colour my customer wanted. I then came across Craig at Trade windows in Hexham and explained what had happened, he then told me he could deliver what I needed in 3-4 weeks, I was at a loose end and in danger of delivering my customer a poor service so I decided to give Craig a chance and I can tell you he did not disappoint we have just fitted a 4 meter bifold from Craig with no issues and my customer is over the moon. I will be using Craig again as his service and also the quality are amazing. 5*
