Found item i was after at a better price than the manufacturer directly. Shipping was also significantly quicker, having shipped same day as purchase. So far excellent service!

Fantastic shopping experience from a local business (albeit I'm in Scotland!). I ordered my Garmin Fenix 6 Sapphire on the shop's direct website after finding them on Amazon by doing a product search. I had a few questions and when I called the shop and spoke to John (one of the owners maybe?) - he was extremely helpful. Ordered my watch on Thursday and it arrived 2 days later on Saturday morning - securely packaged and with a lovely personal note from Jane. And I love the watch too of course - my first Garmin and a really impressive bit of kit so far!

My Etrex 30 broke and having had minor dealings with this company to great satisfaction I thought I would get my new Etrex from them. My Etrex 30 was about 20 years old and I had bought that after having had another Garmin which I was more than happy with so I thought I would continue with Garmin. I had a large number of questions which Jon answered in detail and very quickly.. I ordered it on Monday evening, and by Tuesday afternoon was informed it was on its way. It arrived this morning and it was already set up which saved a lot of time for me. I had a minor problem, (me not the GPS) so I contacted Jon. He in turn contacted Ian who is the GPS Wizard. By lunch time, Ian had contacted me by lunchtime, explained the error of my ways and how to overcome the problem. Five minutes after that I was sorted..For people reading to see whether to buy the 32x, I would say yes, Although I have not used it in anger, I have used the 30 for 20 years and this is basically an upgrade. It does what it says.I thoroughly recommend the Outdoor GPS Shop for knowledge, quality, price, delivery and general all round feel good factor, before during and after purchase.

An excellent experience with these guys who really know their stuff and offer top notch customer service. I sent an email querying dispatch time at 7pm one evening and the owner rang me in minutes to help. At their cost they upgraded my delivery to Saturday guaranteed and, when the GPS arrived, they sent some useful information as well as doing a pre-delivery check on the device itself, making sure it had the latest firmware on etc. You really don't get this service anywhere else and I cannot rate them highly enough.
