A nice shop, good selection of clothes and bags, however if you're plus size they do not have much in that range which is a pity because we are all different sizes and shapes! Their perfume selection is good quality and I can't fault that, also their homeware department upstairs, although pricey is very nice if you like eclectic style. On the whole a nice shop but room for improvement.

first time visit your store but rude behaviour of your security guard girl.she don't have manners that how to deal with customer.very bad experience .i will never visit again .

This week im coming three time pick parcel waiting time 30 to 40 mins.. In line 10 to 13 people... Only one person on counter.. Bad service.. More time spend tesco shoping to standing in next line

Quality of clothing is not really up to standard, I used to by clothing from next many years ago, the quality then was OK, next clothing now is primark level, people prefer to wear cheap standard clothing today it's there choice, but it's not for me

This particular next ALWAYS return click and collect orders before the specified date. If you also extend your pick up date they will agree and return it regardless.

Very helpful customer service

Despicable store manager who basically accused me for tampering with an item that I bought from the Wolverhampton store. He said that the sticker was tampered with, which was never removed by me in the first place since I bought it as it was a gift about which I changed my mind. I've got no tools to attach price tags that have been removed so I wonder how he though I managed to do it. Same condition in which I bought it. Won't ever shop here again.

Little pricier than the likes of Primark or H&M, but you get what you pay for. Decent quality clothes. I mainly buy from here for my office wear, or occasion wear for my kids. Staff have been very polite and friendly when I come in for a delivery collection.

Went to return pair of shoes with the receipt. They said shoes are not re sellable and they can’t return them. Shoes were worn once and clearly were not the right fit so what’s the point of 28 days refund policy if i’m not happy with the purchase. Never had issues with any other store and would not be buying from this store again!
