Beauworth Plumbing & Heating Ltd

I bought a house which came with a boiler and plumbing system fitted by Beauworth with a 2 year warranty. During this period there was an issue. Beauworth attended and replaced the faulty part. The fix now appears to have failed, water is flowing out of the system. I’ve called Beauworth on average twice a week for the Last 5 maybe 6 weeks to get them to come a resolve the issue. They’ve acknowledged it’s their responsibility and keep assuring me that they will attend to make the repair. However every time I call there’s excuse after excuse, mostly regarding sickness. I get promises of call backs but they never come. They’re not taking it seriously.

Lewis and Ed did a fantastic job installing our high level cistern with a copper downpipe, it was quite a specialist job that was executed very well. Would recommend.
