Andrew Lee’s and his team were very professional and catered for my workshop needs, also Kate kept me informed of when the team would arrive with the parts. Great doing business with them.

MRB have looked after our garage equipment installation, maintenance and calibrations for over a decade at RRG Bolton and the service has always been excellent. Kate and the service desk are always prompt to respond and the knowledge and ability from Barry and the team of engineers is outstanding.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at MRB. From the first point of contact with Kate and the girls on the service desk to the team of engineers. We always have fantastic service. No job is a problem. From calibration to full workshop installations and anything in between. First class service every time.

As the group service manager for Abbey Logistics Group we need our workshop equipment working at all times, since we have switched suppliers to MRB workshop services we have had speedy responses and repairs to all defective equipment, calibrations all electronically backed up and emailed across. MRB look after our workshop equipment at MAN Truck and Bus Manchester. Andy Lees does a great job managing all our calibrations and repairs. They are very reliable and all work carried out is done to a high standard.

We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. We use MRB for all our workshop Tool calibrations and repairs here at Widnes Scania they are very prompt and Professional, I deal direct with Andy who always accommodates our needs and if we need something urgent he will always come and help us out.

Great service from all at MRB over the years . Just had new ramps fitted at Bentleys Toyota , efficient & clean with minimum disruption to the workshop . Highly recommend.
