Colin was brilliant! He said things about my family that he couldn’t possibly know..my nans name and my dads, he spoke about my mum where she worked and some personal things only I could know about. Today, I met Colin for the first time. I kept an open mind, but, as you do, expect a certain loved one to come through, and I wasn't disappointed. Colin is a very down to earth person and immediately makes you feel at ease. He gave a brief explanation of the work he does and got on with it. He soon connected with my late husband which was a relief, accurate and reassuring. The best bit was knowing my husband is still around me. Thank you Colin for the work you do.
