I recently sold my house and used Harris Cuffaro and Nichols to manage the sale as recommended by Reyland Johnson, also in Harlow. Emma and Lisa were absolutely proficient, proactive and helpful, all with a smile. Also, accessible, rather than my file just being with anyone at the firm, like most other companies! The whole process was very quick and I felt informed every step of the way, which was a far cry from the conveyancers I used when I BOUGHT the house. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I used this company on the recommendation of my daughter whose sale was saved by Emma who was actually acting for the vendor.I withdrew from a proposed purchase when, on receiving a huge bundle of documents, Emma spent a considerable amount of time discussing the finer points which I had missed.My special thanks go to Hassan who managed to review a legal pack for me at very short notice and, I feel, saved me from making a very expensive mistake.I hope to be contacting them again in the very near future.
