She is unprofessional. 1st time was OK 2nd time she said sorry not feeling well, she shaved my persians back not his underside where his knots were. After she left he never ate for a week and was traumatised, if you love your cat stay well away

We have a very grumpy old boy that doesn't like to be groomed and Katie was amazing with him, she shows a genuine love for animals and put the welfare of our cat first.We highly recommend Katie for any grooming needs and we will definitely be taking advantage of her services in the future.Thank you!

Katie is absolutely wonderful with all of my cats. In particular our little old man who is around 16. Katie takes such good care of him. She is very calming and does a wonderful job trimming his claws and offering advice/herbs to ease his aches and pains. She has a real passion for animal welfare and this shines through in her work. I can wholeheartedly recommend Katie the Kat lady!

I was beginning to despair of ever dealing with my cats matted fur. I bought lots of products online that promised the earth and delivered next to nothing in results. Contacted the kat lady who was very responsive and able to attend within a few days. Very professional non-judgemental service. Shes truly magic with cats as id never have been able to control my cat for long enough to do what she did with a full grooming service. No more knots, just 1 sleek and more comfortable cat and one very happy cat mum. Highly recommended.

My ragdoll looks beautiful after his grooming today from The Kat Lady. He is terrible with strangers and is so shy but she calmed him down so well and by the end of it he couldn't stop purring, he was so happy to get rid of all those mats.
