Refine property maintenance repaired my bathroom and hallway following a leak from my toilet. I cannot rate Ashley and Paul highly enough. They did a great job and were both approachable and professional. Turned up when they said they would and they were clean and tidy. Pricing was realistic and fair (didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Can not speak too highly of Refine Prop Maintenance .Ashley is very approachable whilst being completely professional. He dealt with any problem he found with out any fuss .Talking us through every stage of the work .He is punctual and left the area he worked in spotless .His communication is first class ,it makes such a difference getting prompt responses .Would not hesitate to recommend him and will not think twice about using him in the future .Could not be more pleased with the work carried out .

Ashley built us a new deck and fixed our fence. We are extremely happy with the result. It was a pleasure to have him working at our house. Both him and his team were very approachable and helpful. Great service from start to finish. Ash and his team, including the scaffolders which were a third party by RPM were extremely helpful, courteous and solution focused. It was a tricky job in an awkward position but nothing was too much of a problem. i would recommend without doubt

Did a professional job of fixing apex cladding where previous builders had left inadequate plywood, as well as clearing a roof valley and fixing a sticking internal door. Always turned up when they said they would, good communication throughout, would recommend.
