The Blind Shop

Gave measurements and given a quote for price band A in the shop for 1 window, worked out approximately cost of other windows from quote. Further quote from shop for rest of house was literally hundreds of pounds out from original quote. When this was questioned with person who gave original quote we were told that he didn't know how he worked out original quote and he didn't know how to do it. This person looked to be the senior sales advisor! He had actually sat and worked it out in front of us looking at his pricing charts! Also we were told that there was roughly between £1.00 and £1.20 between price bands then when received full ridiculous quote told that there was actually only about 20p between price bands. Very disappointing as first impressions seemed to be that this was a trustworthy company, however, they proved to be extremely unprofessional and misleading. Surely they should all know how to work out a quote accurately and should also know the correct prices of the products they are selling. Very poor, very unprofessional and very disappointing! Serious staff training required.

PERFECT! I can’t recommend this company enough. Blinds are great and real professional finish. Staff in store and those who measure and fit are so nice and really appreciate your business. Moved into new build and was stressing about everything but these guys made the blinds seem like the easiest thing to sort out. Measurement appointment was no problem anytime I wanted it (took 10 minutes). Products were ordered and arrived 1 week later-they rang immediately to have them fitted same day and although that didn’t suit me-2 days later I came home for my lunch break and they took 25 mins to fit all 5 blinds :)10 stars if I could give it!Thanks so much for making the experience so easy and the finished product is perfect.Marc

I have used this shop a few times now, and each time has been a brilliant purchase and a professional service, from getting my windows measured, to the order and then the fitting. Most recently had shutters fitted. They have made the rooms 100% better. Lovely quality and look amazing. Highly recommend.

owners/person in store nosey as we where filling our car with our daughters possesions was also told she was very aggressive with people nearby would not help anybody etc etc

Absolutely fantastic service. After approaching them for a replacement motor for an automated blind that had been discontinued. They found me a similar model that had previously been used but worked perfectly. They didn't charge me a penny for it and saved me £££. I will definitely use them again in the future!
