We cannot thank Tony enough for the kindness, supportive, caring, thoughtful manner he dealt with the passing of our much loved Alvin, at each step of the way he kept us updated and the beautiful pictures put our minds at ease that Alvin was truly being looked after by a person who cared and treated him with the dignity he deserved. The beautiful reminders of Alvin that Tony gave us in Alvin’s memory box were amazing. Thank you Tony xx

Thank you so much Tony for being with our family in such a hard time. He arrived same day only few hours after i called him, and was so gentle and understanding. Took extra mile to make sure that our bunny was safely transferred to crematorium and sent me pictures. Then delivered the most thoughtful box with some gifts for my little one and ashes, fur of my bunny. Couldn't ask for more perfect memories of her. God bless you Tony.

I will be forever grateful to Tony for his kindness and support when I lost my little lady Maisy last week. Tony was so caring and helped me so much in what was one of the hardest times of my life. I know my Maisy would have felt safe and cared for whilst she was heading over the rainbow bridge. Thank you so much Tony for everything x

Absolutely incredible. We suddenly lost our baby tinker as she was hit by a bus and we couldn’t bring ourselves to bury her. I contacted Tony at Serenity pet services and from the very first message it is filled with compassion, care and support, due to our baby having traumatic injuries Tony and his daughter spent the time fixing up our girl for a presentable picture for us and laid her in the chapel to rest. This has brought so much closure to us seeing her so peaceful, at a time when our hearts are broken Tony and his team at Serenity have made us feel some comfort and I highly highly recommend this company to anyone. The personal touches, such as picking her up in a lovely wooden casket rather than just a box, the messages, the little paw prints And rainbows on texts. I can’t thank this company enough they are absolutely incredible x

I can’t thank Tony enough for the love, care and respect he put into helping our lovely Matilda on her final journey. He made us feel so comforted during such a horrible time. We’ve now got such a lovely memento of our girl that we’ll treasure forever. Thank you so much Tony x

Above and beyond is an understatement... Sadly we lost our Labrador, Jake, this week. He went peacefully in our garden surrounded by us. We wanted an individual cremation for him and looked around that morning for somewhere local. We had previously been recommended Serenity, and gave Tony a ring. I'm so so glad we did. The service that Tony provided to us was outstanding. He completely understands what it's like to lose a pet, and treats every stage with utmost dignity. It was the absolute best end we could give our Jake. I cannot recommend Tony at Serenity enough. You simply have to give him a call when that heartbreaking day comes.Thank you again for everything you did for Jake, and us. We adore everything we got back for you and will cherish it forever. It means everything to us.

Thank you to Serenity for giving my dearly beloved cat Dillon a dignified end. Tony and Peter provided an exceptional level of service throughout, demonstrating unconditional compassion and care which created an experience that was both professional and deeply personal. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for myself and Dillon was comforting at such an awful time. What an amazing service Tony provides..... he made a very difficult situation much more bearable for our family. We sadly lost our beloved dog Charlie after 17yrs, we are absolutely devastated. From our first contact with Tony at Serenity he has been so caring and thoughtful every step of the way. Tony collected Charlie from our vets, he reassured me and kept me updated throughout with calls and text. Tony payed Charlie to rest in the chapel at serenity and treated Charlie with dignity and respect. We collected Charlie’s ashes the next day. Tony also did paw, nose prints, clippings of fur, all displayed and presented beautifully with other keepsakes.
