Was introduced to Carnected and really glad as we managed to get over £500 more for our car than we were offered via the likes of Cazoo. We also got good support from start to finish, including when there was a small problem with the collection of the car by the dealer. Really happy with the process and would recommend to others.

Though regretfully the sale did not materialise for reasons not pertinent here, the level of service and follow up by Carnect was exemplary. They have been by my side through every step, got me a superb price offer and followed up with buyer and me throughout. I highly recommend using this small but very honest company if you are selling your vehicle.

Shaun was brilliant. I approached him 6 months ago saying may have a car to sell. He was relaxed and checked in twice during this period - no pressure, no hassle ... just a reminder he was there.Things then escalated and I needed to act quickly, I went to a local garage and they offered a price. I then approached Shaun.Within 24 hours it was marketed, two days later. I then had a price from Shaun that was 5% over the price of the other garage.5% may not sound much but on the price of a car it is 100% worth it.It was also hassle free and easy.Simply ... you are missing out to not approach Shaun and see what he can do.
