Having a number of double glazed units blown that were suffering with internal condensation, i started looking into replacement units as apposed to complete window replacement. I was pleased to find Cloud 9 Window Replacements, a small local company. I do like to support small independent businesses where possible as apposed to large corporate businesses. On arrival Paul was insistent he wore over shoes when entering the property, this was a real and pleasant surprise. He was friendly, professional, informative of the types of unit available to me and stated all units come with a 5 year guarantee. He measured up and was able to provide a price there and then. With a price far more economical than complete replacement windows, the deal was done and a date set for installation within 2 weeks.On the installation date, the window fitter contacted me in the morning with his estimated time of arrival, which i was grateful for. He arrived on time, friendly and once shown the locations of said units, he began. The installation was carried out with no problems, faulty units were removed from site and taken back for disposal and the house was left clean and tidy.I would like to thank Paul and his fitter for an excellent experience and should i have any further units fail, Cloud 9 will be my first point of call..I highly recommend Cloud 9 Window Replacements to anyone requiring this kind of service.

We will definitely be using Cloud 9 again to replace misted double glazing units. From original phone call, then survey, then price and fitting date and then finally units being replaced - excellent service. Paul was efficient, polite, respectful of our home. We used Paul to replaced a couple of window panels and then again to replace all of the handles as our didn't match. He turns up when he says he will, his prices are fair and he does a great job. We would definitely use his services again.
