Plymouth Discus Products

I have been a customer of Chris's for many years. Read his first book which was amazing and insightful! He has taught me a great deal with Discus from his book alone! Very recently I bought 3 beautiful Discus from him and they couldn't of been better quality. Great natural responses and I knew I didn't have to worry about their health! I loved the fact that he really took great care in handling his fish, he treated them as they should be! Carefully!I have literally travelled the country for Discus and Rays and many breeders are rude and up themselves whereas Chris is so much better to deal and talk with. Chris was more than happy to hear about experiences and chat to us about the passion that we love. Will absolutely return!

I kept tropical fish some year ago and have not had fish since. Alway loved discus and was thrilled to find Chris was in my home town. I really cannot recommend Plymouth Discus enough. His knowledge is second to none and he is always willing to give simple practical advice. He has been amazing from the setup of my tank to providing me with top quality discus for it.

I really can not rate Plymouth discus high enough. I have traveled there a few times times now which from home is about 2-2.5 hour round trip. The stock kept is always absolutely top notch and the knowledge and advise given is always amazing. I have only seen discus a couple of times in fish shops and to be honest, the quality never comes close to the fish kept here. I have just been back yesterday to get 4 more which have settled so well overnight with no signs of stress at all. My other fish have grown nice and large now and show such clean colours. If we compare to pet shop stock I have seen, you are paying a fraction of the cost for a much cleaner healthier fish. You are buying from somebody who has a vast knowledge of keep discus and various other tropical fish and somebody who genuinely loves the hobby rather than a part time shop assistant who doesn't really care much other than making a sale. Do not hesitate in making an appointment to go along and have a look at the stock, you will not be let down

Love this place. Chris sells the best discus fish and his own specialist food. Having kept discus himself for many, many years... there is literally nothing this guy doesn't know. He has even written a couple of discus books! Absolutely worth a visit or your consideration if ordering online.

What a great place to buy some good quality discus.Chris was very helpful and what a nice group of 8 fish I got.All are looking great and was eating in 20 mins of getting them home. I've had them for a couple of weeks now and are looking good.
