Ask you to download the app as it’s easier. Then cancel the trip. Ring the office and they say the app doesn’t work and they are cancelling trips. If you want a cab you should have called. Left at Tiverton station with a child late at night. Poor service. Sadly one cab company in town and they don’t care about their customers.

Used them several times over a weekend. Poor punctuality with no apology for being late. Wouldn’t use them for time critical appointments, trains etc. Use with caution.

Will get you where you need to go, but will always go the longest route so quite expensive. One journey I took was almost twice as long as they went the scenic route rather than just using an A road.

Most of their drivers are very rude. They think they own the road and make you reverse when it's your right of way. Some of the time they arrive late or not at all.

We booked a taxi for what was told to us was a fixed fee of £23. When we got the taxi home they actually charged us £30 and said that the fixed fee we were told wasn't actually a fixed fee and we had to pay the meter even though we were told originally it was going to be £23. Not much you can do at the end of a journey! The taxi driver was a nice guy and the ride home was absolutely fine, no complaints about him at all he was friendly. However we wouldn't use this firm again just because of how misleading they were with their pricing and the fact we paid so much more than they told us it was going to be, after they had completed the journey so we had no options but to pay the higher price.

Pre Booked a taxi for a early start 5.45 am confirm the taxi never showed up there we no cancellation nor did they answer the phone with regards my enquiry as to where the taxi was this made miss my train to London and inccured a cost £97 no apologies no communication ...why confirm if you don't have anyone available and why not notify a customer that you have cancelled

Booked a taxi and agreed a fee of max £23, taxi did not turn up! Waited 20 minutes and rang, was told a Taxi could turn up later and it’s now £35! Was not happy and told them I would pay but report them, they cancelled the taxi and put the phone down. Left stranded.No manager called me back, no apology, no attempt to rectify.Do not use them. Reported to the council, they need their license revoking!

Terrible service today. We had booked to take us to graduation. The taxi company cancelled last minute and did not even tell us. Do not risk using them if you have anything important to get to.
