I've got to say these driver's do a great job with all the people who think it's ok to just cut across when a tram is coming towards you especially in the summer. Also the cleaning staff keep them tip top and are a credit to the company.

With a frequency of up to every 15 minutes between Starr Gate and Fleetwood ferry,Blackpool Trams is an effective way to travel.A single ticket costs £3.20 (as of December 2023) with an all day costing £6 which is available via on board conductors, BPL transport app and on board Blackpool transport bus services.

I usually would give 5 stars to our tram service. THE STAFF ARE LOVELY. The last few weeks have been chaos, the app is not been updated in a timely manner so when they make a last minute decision to take the trams off on a Saturday night after advertising on all tram stops and the app that weekends wouldn't be affected it is frustrating to say the least.The same happened 2 weeks ago after a rta on the prom, they didn't update the app, after standing for an hour and having to get a cab to work, arriving late and paying £18 for the privilege. My weekly pass has also gone up. The price hike does not reflect the unreliable service as of late.

Friendly helpful staff they are always willing to help everyone.The trams are usually clean and have a driver and two guards on each tram all trams around the country should be manned like this.If I could just fault them on one thing wheel chair access can be a bit tricky with differing step ups to access the trams from the station platforms.

Great service we had a ride to Fleetwood and back. Nice to not have to worry about parking the car didn't need to drive anywhere.

We have just used these trams for the first time and are extremely impressed! They are clean, frequent, smooth-running and amazingly inexpensive. The trams must be THE way to explore Blackpool's seafront and on to Fleetwood. The whole journey takes about an hour.

Outrages pricing. 2 adults and 2 children went from the Central pier to the Sandcastle and was charged £9.60 for a single. It’s a 1.2 mile journey! Ridiculous.

Excellent new trams and depot, I do miss the old trams but the new trams are a lot better you can now get mobility scooters on and prams a lot easier.
