Alan took a look at my iMac after it was painfully slow & sometimes non responsive. He diagnosed the issue, gave me a couple of options of how to repair it, carried out the work and dropped it back to me in a short time. The iMac is now like a new machine! Will be recommending to family and friends!

I emailed Alan regarding a faulty external hard drive I had with all my valuable photos. Not only was Alan extremely quick at responding to my emails, he was incredibly polite and easy to deal with. He even offered to pick up and drop off my hard drive. The evaluation itself was free when I had been quoted over £50+ from other companies just for the evaluation! He was fantastic and fixed my problem and charged an extremely reasonable fee. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone! Thank you Alan. x

Alan was asked to analyse issues with my computer and it appeared the hard drive was at fault. He arranged a more up-to-date replacement and transferred all our existing storage to a new drive and installed the same. My computer is now fast, efficient with all faults remedied. A pleasant experience, with prompt attention and a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Found Alan online via a google search. Great service all round. Communicated quickly, gave me 2 options, drop off or pick up for the laptop and was fixed and working better than before in a few days from when I left it with him. Overall great service and also very reasonable price. Will recommend and would definitely use again if ever issues arise.
