We had such an amazing tour with Bristol Ferries, it was really calming. Very informative with great chat from the tour lead and our skipper was ace. We were really grateful to experience the harbour in this way and will definitely be back

Loved it! The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Our one hour history tour was the perfect duration. There's the option to have a bar onboard if you wish, plus plenty of choices for pick ups and drop offs across the city.

Absolutely LOVED this boat ride and so did my choir! Thanks so much for making our day so special and letting us sing to tracks on the bluetooth speaker you provided. It was the first time the choir all met up in real life, as it was a virtual choir that started in lockdown! People had travelled from all over the UK, and even Belgium and New Jersey - so thank you for giving them a great tour and making them feel so welcome! We won't forget it :)

Great ferry ride down to Beesees. The trip was scenic, the boat was great and they offered contactless payment on board, which is always a plus.The only downside is the 'No return' for later boat rides which takes a little more logistic planning for people who are driving, but we managed to park at Beeses and then Uber down to the harbourside to get rhe Ferry. It is a little bit extra, but once it gets dark the boats can't go back.Would definitely take this route again.P.s: they have a small toilet on board

Great 40 minute tour around the canals together with a very friendly crew. Suggest you do both tours..one that does the east and other does the west of Bristol waterways/1.5hrs in total

I had an amazing experience for my 20th birthday, my family and friends of all different ages all felt equally included and all had an amazing time. The staff were nothing but polite and trustworthy towards us. I would highly recommend the boat Emily it was clean and spacious for 15 people.

Highly recommend Bristol Ferry! We had a two hour harbour cruise with a pub stop along the way for our work's summer party and it was great fun! The Skipper and Chris were brilliant. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks very much!

Used bristol ferry boats as a private charter for my wedding and they were absolutely fantastic, unfaultable service lovely helpful staff can’t recommend enough!!
