I contacted Loveitts when I was informed a property was coming up in my local area. They were great at sending me the forms over to complete and fill out. When they confirmed the property was going up for let again they were quick at getting my application looked at and fees paid.The service was great and would advise anyone to use them in the future.

I have used Loveitts Nuneaton for a number of years now for my 2 rental properties and I cannot fault the agency in any way. They are also professional, helpful and efficient. We were new to being a landlord and Loveitts guided and helped every step of the way and it is brilliant to know that our rent is paid every month and on time and tenants moving in and out is also handled with ease and no stress. I have used Loveitts for the past 6 or 7 years. They are in my estimation by far the best local Estate Agent and Letting Agent. Attention to detail is fantastic and they are what I would call a true business partner, addressing issues early and working with both tenants and landlords to make sure everything runs smoothly. I would recommend them every time. Having used many other letting Agents in Nuneaton, I would not hesitate in recommending these above all the rest ..

well. Loveitts!! from what i have experienced so far, are THE poorest estate agents i have used & i have used alot of them !the owner of the house changed to these, after not being happy with the service of their last managing agent. Im sure they are now regretting their decisionThey arranged an inspection as the new agent. nobody showed. ( this was less than a week later after arranging the appointment with them )They do not reply to emails unless they want something. I asked the same question in 2 emails, to the same person. I got no response.They like to pass the buck to another colleague. weeks later replying with i believe the other person sat next to me, that im fully aware didn't. but im gonna say, they replied to you! NO.. I wasn't answered at all. I was just ignored asking an important question.. Nobody is doing their job correctly !i took a complaint further than the brick wall that seems to be the Nuneaton office and dealt with the manager at Coventry, After being informed they wouldn't reimburse me for my wasted 2 hours off work waiting for nobody to show up ! he decided to stop the conversation prior to a conclusion and go on holiday for 2 weeks without informing me through the emails we were sharing, he just left me hanging.I give honest reviews & i can at anytime add photos to back up my reviewall in all. Wow. these people get your money ! why?!we have now purchased our own home so thankfully will not need to deal with these agents for much longerIm fully aware as a renter for many many years somebody needing a property, will take that property no matter who its up to let with, we have no choice. But owners of homes, looking for a letting agent, please read and digest the poor attention to detail this company possesses

They are a the best professional and dedicated team out there in Nuneaton! Very friendly and reliable and they sorted me out on the same day that i saw the apartment! The process was so quick and efficient!Thank you to each and every one!!! would recommend to everyone!!!

I had rented a flat via Loveitts in Nuneaton i was happy with their service until i really needed their assistance with the mix up with keys.When handing back my keys at the end of my contract i accidentally handed my front door key to my new home in Devon and not to the flat i rented in Nuneaton.When i realised i had made this mistake i called the office and spoke with Avril Wilson who is the manager and she refused to help me by saying its not my problem and i don't have to go out my way to help you" to post the key to me recorded delivery and i would reimburse the cost of posting because of this i have chosen to have my locks changed at a cost that i can not afford."

From start to completion we couldn't be happier. Loveitts Estate Agents just got on with the job quietly and efficiently. They were always approachable and there instantly whenever needed. I would certainly recommend Loveitts to anyone considering selling their house. Thank you to all the staff at Loveitts.
