Took my car for a silver wash, they tried the hard sell for gold, when I refused he opened the door & told me he couldn't do silver was as my car was too dirty! It wasn't just had crumbs in the back from kids eating. I won't be using them again

I had my car professionally valetted today.The lads were amazing. Full 9 hours of detailing and the car looks better than it did from when I bought it!! Amazing lads cracking service absolute pros! Highly recommend!

Had to ask to clean bumpers and wheel arches left then dirty. Guy not happy when I asked him tutting as though to much trouble. I stopped using these some time ago because left all marks on car last time . Thought I would give them another go no improvement won’t be going again found the bloxwich one down the road better service and cheaper.

Only people I trust to clean my car! Always extra attention to the alloys and wheels as oppose to other places. One of the only places I snow that use snow foam as well

Great service, Great price. The people here work really hard and have done a good job; everytime I've been.You can trust them as well! I apparently had a £20 note in a cup and when they found it they came and gave it me straight away.You can pay buy cash or card and there is somewhere to sit out the way when its too hot or too cold outside.All in all, I'm happy with the service. Happy they are in Pelsall!

I had not used this particular car wash/valet before although I had at least a 20 minute wait before I was started on the washing of my car it was very busy and several cars waiting for valeting but, I was quite impressed as a thorough clean and valet was done, I would recommend Prestige Gleam to anyone. Well done to the management.

At £15 for inside and out, one of the cheapest car washes in the local area and really good quality too. They spent a long time in my car and it looks great. Plus big waiting room inside. Thank you, I will come back!

Terrible organisation when busy more like playing dodgems.rush job leaving smears and dirt. They did apologise for the long wait though
