I would have never expected a window company would provide me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Really went the extra mile to sort out my issues. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot fault the service offered by Sun Trade Windows one bit. After they supplied the uPVC windows and doors for our new build home, there were of course the inevitable snags - with a total of 16 windows, two composite doors and two large aluminium sliding doors, little snags are a given. I’m VERY pedantic when it comes to quality of products and snagging; Emmett the sales manager at Bridgend addressed each and every item for us over an acceptable period of time; all done efficiently, even during these extreme Covid-19 times. We had great comms and his technical knowledge was excellent. Nick, their engineer, was outstanding; addressing all of the snags quickly and without any damage. The Aluminium doors chaps were also excellent. Top top service and I would absolutely use them again.
