Joe and his son Martin did a fantastic job removing our old, useless sun tunnel and installing a Velux one. They were polite, efficient, friendly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They had anticipated needing some replacement roof tiles and came prepared with matching ones for the job. The resultant light in a windowless study is great. I would highly recommend them.

Joe & his son recently replaced 4 of our dated and worn out Velux Windows. Both of them were fantastic. They were polite, friendly and kept us informed and up to date throughout. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. I will definitely be getting quotes from them again in the future.

Great service provided by Joe & Martin from quotation through to completion. We were delighted to receive their call bringing installation date forward a month & despite sickness causing a 1 day delay the job was completed inside 1 day with no disruption to us. The 3 rooms were left clean & tidy and the rubbish was removed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend J&M Home Improvements.

Excellent workmanship from start to finish. Had our glass conservatory roof replaced with a VELUX light roof and it looks great. Joe & Martin were always polite and professional at all times. Fully recommended, although beware if you ever employ them then make sure if you PLENTY of tea bags to hand.

Visit from Martin who arrived to service three Velux windows.Martin arrived on time and was soon at work, servicing our three Velux windows.The task was soon finished, though one window was potentially difficult because of its position on a stairway.Martin worked in a very professional way and was particularly helpful with advice on replacing blinds on the window.We would have no qualms in recommending J and M Home Improvements

We are delighted with our new triple velux windows installed by J&M Home Improvements. It has tansformed our dark, cave-like kitchen with an abundance of daylight. Remotely-operated, solar-powered open/close functioning makes it additionally useful. Joe and Martin did an exceptional job so we are very happy to highly recommend this family business.

Joe and his boys came to install a new porch for us and I can honestly say it was the best decision we've ever made regarding our home! They worked tirelessly and to a really high standard and were a joy to have around. Because you're dealing with small family business and not a large company, everything felt personal and you felt like they really cared about their work. They helped with every aspect of the project and nothing was too much trouble. Will be using them again without hesitation as the results were awesome! Highly recommended.

Fitted a replacement velux window for us and did a great job. Did the job really quickly and to an an excellent standard and left the area really tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again for any future work.
