I have used Thaw Ltd for 2 years and experienced their installation and servicing capabilities on several occasions.The standard of service and quality of staff is excellent. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and proactive.I will certainly continue to use this company and would thoroughly recommend to others.

I used Thaw to install an air conditioner in my bedroom. The unit was the latest model, so quiet you didn’t know it was working when it was on but was very efficient for both cooling and heating. The installers were very professional and made a very neat job, no redecorating needed, even outside was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

Best decision I’ve made getting AC installed through the house. Thaw were fantastic all the way through the project - good quality advice and the speed of install was incredible. Very happy with the finished result and quality of products and service.

Excellent all round.....I have waited 6 months to post this review to make sure that everything worked as should, I needed 5 A/C Head units fitted in total at my home, 1 in the outside office and the other 4 in the bedrooms - Well on a Thursday I confirmed I wanted them to do the work and they came on the following Monday and were finished by Midday Tuesday, They left no mess and placed the units exactly where I wanted them. Very professional and very quick and within my budget.The install was done 2 days before the heatwave in July which meant it was cool whilst working from home during the day and just as cool at night. It's now January not only did the A/C cool all summer but during the Cold Spell the heating function also worked well - and was more cost effective than the Dyson Fan heater we have to heat the office in the past.I bought 5 of the LG ThinQ Dual Plus A/C units and was the best decision of 2022, Not only in the choice of A/C units but also in the fact that we got THAW LTD to do the work.
