Absolutely first class service online order failed to turn up but Tom and the team managed to contact the online customer support and sorted out a replacement from their stock first class customer service unlike the click and collect service

Visited recently to purchase a watch for my 30th Birthday, the entire team in store were absolutely fantastic, in particular Jodie! They made me and my partner feel at ease! Nothing was to much to ask they took their time to explain everything I needed to know about the timepiece and made the whole experience a wonderful one. They understood the importance of the visit to me and shared my enthusiasm! I cannot thank you all enough!

Me and my wife recently visited Tudor Cribbs Causeway Bristol. We were greeted by Jodie who immediately put us at ease, her knowledge and insight on all the watches made it easier to decide which one I wanted to purchase, the rest of the team were also very friendly and nice and just made us feel comfortable the hole time! Amazing experience from start to finish and couldn’t be more happier with my new watch!!

I purchased a watch from Tudor in Cribbs Causeway last week, Jodie was brilliant and answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. There wasn't any sales tactics at all and no pressure to buy anything. I went back a few days later to have the links adjusted by a colleague who was also just as helpful. It was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

Bought my first Tudor watch from Tudor cribs causeway on Saturday . I have to say it was a Fantastic experience Josh the Store manager could not have done a better job . Nothing was too much Trouble Jodie was so kind and knowledgeable, the whole team were Amazing. The watches are so well made and Fantastic value for money. I wish I knew about Tudor years ago . A truly fantastic day . 10 out of 10.

Brilliant service from Tom (patience of a saint), Josh (demon coffee maker), Anika and colleague at the Tudor Boutique @ Cribbs Causeway. Made to feel very welcome and they happily dealt with my forever changing mind. Very knowledgable of the products on offer. Highly recommended!
