First time using Cartridge Care but would recommend highly. Needed replacement printer ink for HP printer but had been advised elsewhere it was cheaper to buy a new printer as cartridges we needed would be about £60 .. phoned Cartridge Care their prices were very good and they said they could do next day delivery as we had phoned quite late, however cartridges arrived the same day, very efficient service. We were mistaken thinking they were the wrong size cartridges but they were helpful and reassuring and waited while we removed outer plastic to check that they did fit. Also received follow up call the next day checking that everything was ok. Brilliant customer service. Also recommended how to recycle old cartridges.

I had to have a load of documents printed out and my cartridge supplier let me down. I placed an order some two weeks ago and they still hadn’t arrived. I went on google and found Cartridge care. I gave Craig a call and told him the issue and that I needed a cartridge urgently. On giving him the model number he said he had one. I paid him. I arranged to meet him. Within the hour I had a replacement cartridge. Craig told me that next time all I need to do is give him 1 days notice, pay for the cartridge and he can have a replacement out to me very quickly.Trust me I will be using him again. I was left shaken but not stirred.

Great service from Craig and Gary. Well priced cartridge replacements. Had a problem with one of the cartridges (no ones fault) which Craig replaced without quibble, using door to door courier service. Definitely recommend

So I put in an order in the afternoon and first thing this morning it was there! Superbly wrapped up and protected I installed it and it worked perfectly. I have been dealing with Craig and Gary at Cartridge Care for few years now. The high quality customer service they provide is second to none. Their approach is focused around what is best for their clients, routinely going over and beyond what is expected. In particular, the level of service Craig provides is absolutely fantastic !!This morning, when I called to make a repeat order for a cartridge for a printer we have been using for quite a few years, he spent quite a bit of time discussing and advising about the best value printer that maximises the cartridge/toner. He even searched online, without me even asking for it, and found a good printer and gave the printer details.He then called me short time later to tell me that no one has that printer in stock and that he has found me another similar printer from a local supplier that can be delivered free the next day !! He spent his own time to find me a printer that he is not selling !! He wudn't get any financial benefit from this.To Craig, its about what is best for his customers and providing best possible customer service. I cant speak more highly about Craig and Cartridge Care and the excellent customer service and high quality care that we have continued to receive from this amazing company.Anyone with a printer should set up an account with them and use them for their printer cartridge and toner as you wont get a better customer service than this company and these guys !!Keep up the good work Craig & Gary !!
