Best for shopping for uniforms

Awful customer experience. The staff are so slow with orders, they have the quite remarkable ability to make snails and sloths look like Grand Prix racers. Absolutely no lead times for click and collect, fobbing off via calls to the store (if you can get past the answering machine) and a manager that does not take accountability for resolving issues.

Closing hours advertised at 5.30pm, 3 attempts to collect order and found the shop closed, shutters down at few minutes past five. Absolute joke! Phone never answered either when I ring to confirm opening hours

Nasty man that runs this shop - never opens on time I waited 25min for him and when I asked about the time he nearly jumped down my throat - it all went down hill from there - his attitude was unhelpful - I walked out with nothing - won't be back - went to the school uniform shop in West green Lane's - very lovely young lady - very polite and helpful.

Rude and not caring shop keeper. We went inside and waited almost 5 min until a young man appeared. That did not make me angry, as I understand they are not busy in the middle of the terms. I said ‘Hello’ with a friendly voice but he did not bother to reply. Whatever I asked, he replied they done do it even though they had the right sizes on the mannequins. Showed me finally one thing and didn’t even suggest that we could order online.

I went there today and the store was smelling marijuana, the guy there was stone and treat everyone without care and kindnesses

Made an online order, it never arrived, had to chase and call to find out where it was. Then was told they couldn't deliver it and I would receive a refund. Refund not received

As others have stated, advertised as open until 5.30, arrived just before 5 and shutters down, no one there. Last time I bought uniform here I was sold what I was told was a 9-10yr top, when I got home discovered it was 8-9, so no use. Rarely anything in stock.

It's very run down. The man who runs the shop is rude. Will shout at you if your child goes anywhere near the display or even touches the glass window under the counter! Watch out for him. He over charged me for polo t shirts. £7.99 was the price they were supposed to be and he charged me £11.99 . When he gave me the total I did question the price and he said they have been that price for years. I called up a few days later and spoke with a really lovely lady (I believe the she is the managers daughter) and she apologised and asked me to come in for a refund. She has top class customer service and is very professional. Unfortunately though, the shop does look like a bit of a dump and the manager is awful so next year I will be ordering the uniform items online - where they are also a lot cheaper!
