Helpful and efficient staff. Good sales service. But stairs to the showroom makes access tricky. I'm sure they have some arrangements for those who can't use the stairs

Very helpful member of staff. Appointment made before viewing. Found lights beautiful but slightly over priced. Found the same light in the store we were looking at online for a much cheaper price. But overall store very nice

Since our initial review, the business has changed hands and the showroom area is smaller but quite adequate. We bought our wall lights there in November 2017; they had to be ordered and arrived a week or so later.An extensive selection of all kinds of lighting, with a large proportion actually working so you can see how bright or how directional they are.Not everything on show was priced up when we visited, but there was always someone nearby to help if required. We did not find the approach at all pushy, which was good.We left with lots of ideas, and a catalogue, but no purchase made on the day. We plan a return visit soon.
