I used Hunt Frame to sell my flat and have been very impressed with their services. From valuation to completion they have been great. Steve valued the property back in December and came prepared with relevant resources and gave a confident valuation, which I am so glad I went with as one agent undervalued it by over £10k of what it sold for. Once the offer went through, Beth was amazing at making sure the sale went through and was very tenacious and resilient despite it getting a bit tricky at times. Beth would give me regular updates and worked really hard behind the scenes to make the process as smooth as possible. Top agency and would highly recommend this fantastic local agency.

Recently purchased my family's first house through Hunt Frame and I was delighted at the level of care and service they offered. There was excellent communication throughout and they were always ready to assist and answer questions. They made purchasing our first home as easy as possible and we could not be happier with them! Hunt Frame handled a very challenging sale of our property in a very professional and friendly manner.Initially we had a chain of 4 people that collapsed when the mortgage rates increased dramatically. Using good negotiation skills we managed to retain the chain of 3 people and get all the sales through. As a buyer I would not recommend. Left hanging for a week after assurances that they were sure they could get my offer accepted to receive a sudden call to ask if it’s best and final and then 2 minutes later that I was out bid. Having worked with Hunt Frame in a professional capacity, I have always held them in extremely high regard and as a solicitor, it is always lovely having a set ‘sales progressor’ who we can work alongside to best suit all parties in the transaction.When buying through them personally, it is safe to say by no means was I surprised with their proactivity and attentiveness.I first viewed the property with Darcie who was very warm, friendly and personable. She has clearly done her research on the Old Town area and was able to answer any questions “off the bat”.Throughout the transaction I dealt with Beth. There were various issues which Beth very carefully navigated, from fairly minor issues where I needed some reassurance, to damp proofing works which Beth personally organised.
