I went into the Watford store to return a watch I had purchased online and choose a new watch for myself. Vera was very helpful and patiently helped me choose the right watch for me. It was a Fossil watch and just by chance it was reduced today. So pleased with my purchase. It came in a lovely box and she adjusted the strap to fit straight away. I will definitely purchase a watch from here again. Definitely recommend this store they have a large selection of watches. All the staff were really friendly.

We were served by a lovely young man by the name of Josh, he was very friendly, polite and professional. Josh was very helpful and full of knowledge which lead to us purchasing a lovely watch for our sons 21st birthday and a watch for my other half as well. My son was over the moon with his gift so thank you so much for your help and patience with us Josh.

Above and beyond service from Sandi at H. Samuel in Watford. My fiancé and I went Saturday to buy last minute wedding rings, but they didn't have our sizes in the store. Sandi made sure they would be delivered to us by Tuesday, so we could have them just in time. She even called me on Tuesday to ask me if I've got them. Super professional and trustworthy. I recommend that place 100%.

Went in to get a necklace repaired as it the pendants wouldn't fit on the chain. Spoke to Josh who was very friendly and was able to get the pendants on the chain for me for no charge. Excellent service would recommend.
