Super friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, free parking infront of the hotel.

Just went for lunch so can't comment on the rooms but there were six of us who each had a three course meal all of which were really nice . Service was fast and friendly and we will definitely return. The beer garden is done to a high standard and would be great to sit out in good weather.

Fantastic meal, really great menu with a good choice. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Thursday seafood specials £10 per person with good choice. Definitely a great find give it a go you won’t be disappointed.

Popped in for dinner with the other half.Service was quick and prompt, drinks tasty for sure.Ordered the mussels and pasta with cream and chili sauce and the steak and rib combo.Pasta could have had a few more mussels but was over chillied. Way too hot for a delicate mussel dish.Get the dish for sure but ask for reduced / no chili's.Steak and rib combo was a fair size like - nothing wrong with portion sizes in this place!Corn on the cob was sweet and juicy, great.Ribs were to die for. Plenty of meat, super saucy. If you like ribs, come here. The steak was advertised as an 8oz ribeye. It WAS a steak but about 1cm thick and if it was a ribeye it was the least marbled ribeye I had ever seen - you can get better ones from Asda!Chips were great.Sticky toffee and Creme Brulé to finish - A MAZ ZING! Just come for the deserts!Freshly made STP sponge full of of flavour and light with a wonderful toffee sauce that was just on the right side of not too clawing but was great. White chocolate and raspberry was cleared off by my wife and said was great too.Daiquiris are large and not to be missed either.In conclusion, have the ribs on their own!Good size, decent and quick service, no messing.Worth a wee road trip just for the ribs and sticky toffee if nothing else but loads of other options on the menu and from what I can see, all portions were massive.

Went for a birthday meal . Parking was good . Service was very good very friendly staff . Food was all good . Grilled chicken was very nice but a bit dry , a sauce served with it would be nice . Sticky toffee pudding was a good quantity and very tasty . We had a large group which they served us all very well organised

Cannot comment on the accomodation but the restaurant experience was superb and we were given recommendations of where to visit in the area. Food and drink was top notch

We were late to arrive for lunch but the service staff kept open well past closing time to serve our family (party of 15). The food was very good and filling with a great drink selection as well as a good juniors menu
