I rang up about an aged judgement that had been set aside but the system had not updated and so affected my credit score.The lady in Case Management was absolutely fantastic in listening, advising and actioning my concern.The ladies name was Mrs Winstanley, who is a credit to the Courts system and a fantastic employee.Well Done

Enforcements section, very poor. Totally frustrated, hence leaving this review reagrding my money claim.Won a judgement against a company in October 2022, Bailiffs advised money paid end March 2023. We are now in August 2023 and i still haven't received the money. For 3 months i was constantly told will be on the next payment run". Then the Bailiff owned up to his error and said the money collected wasn't for me but he has now been paid

Staff were not friendly or helpful and it's not signed adequatelyAwful experience, wasps flying around, cold yet Windows all wide open and not able to access to close themToilets were dirty and judge was a bully when I wasn't there for doing something wrong I was simply applying to see my granddaughter!

Not helpful and the judges are poor at best. Court of protection is a joke. All they really care about is their wage packet

Building falling apart. Paths closed making you walk on a sloppy grass verge. Unanswered emails and calls. May as well be closed.
