Peter is a God send. This man is not only courteous and ever so polite, right from answering the phone to dealing with his customers, his knowledge of computing and computer science is truly remarkable. He is a rare breed of professional and it is my second time to him with different matters and I cannot truly fault him. What a professional and so trustworthy. Exceptional Service!My laptop screen cracked and I was unable to work from home. I was looking for a reliable service to fix this timely.Before agreeing to use MicroLab, Peter explained to me what needs to be done, why and how long it will take, so that I can make an informed decision.The screen was repaired quicker than expected (less than a week despite ordering an unusual screen size as he stores regular screen sizes in his shop).When Peter informed me that the laptop was ready for collection, I was at work in the office. I tried to pick up the laptop the same day as this would help me to work from home again. He kindly stayed longer in the shop, so that I was able to do.Overall:Peter is very experienced and knowledgeable, but what made the service exceptional is the costumer service.

Really kind and helpful. Helped fix a dodgy repair done at a kiosk in rugby and sourced replacement parts. Was even offered a courtesy phone when the parts delivery got delayed. Great service!

Took my phone to Peter worried about a charging problem, thought I may need a new battery. He spent a little bit of time checking it first (free of charge) and found no issue with the phone. Advised it was likely the charger that was the issue and offered to check the charger for me too. Really appreciate the honest evaluation and Peter was very friendly and helpful.

Bought a reconditioned laptop from Peter at Microlab at a very reasonable price. He also transferred the data from my old laptops for me. I thought he gave excellent service and was very patient when I asked questions. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter for all your computer needs.

I had the good fortune to find this company last year. I was in a real spot with my computer. I had been nearly everywhere and no other company could help . Very friendly and experienced staff and affordable price. I took my laptop for repair, they checked it and straight away told me the fault and repaired it for me on the day. The price was reasonable too.

After experiencing an intermittent charging issue with my phone Peter thoroughly cleaned out the charging port for free. My phone now charges perfectly. I expect that most other phone repair shops would have charged me for this service or replaced the charging port.I will definitely be using Peter's services again for any other electrical items that require repair/maintenance in the future.Excellent customer service.
