THE GARDEN COBHAM

Went to a Christmas Santa event and it was extremely poorly organised: waited over 40 minutes past our booking time to see Santa. The visit with Santa only lasted 5 minutes. Unsafe benches in the bar area which collapsed on the floor, it could of broken or trapped a child’s fingers. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to this event with my family.

A shocking experience visiting “Santa” yesterday. Trying to contact the organiser as I want my money back (£110 for 9 people) but it says unable to submit request all the time. We were left embarrassed and incredibly disappointed after waiting hours to see Santa only to receive a book and some slime worth £3.50 online. We paid £35 for my son to see Santa, they sent a form out to say what he would like etc so we thought at least the present would be of some quality, even a toy car from Tesco would have sufficed. Please can someone contact me asap
