There are Chinese restaurants and there are also CHINESE RESTAURANTS. And then there is Sun of China. From the outside understated, could be confused with a local caff, that is until you sit down and get the photo album menu. That is an experience in itself. Admittedly, I can only judge by my own dish, my taste buds and the dishes and the taste buds of my two friends. I may prefer very spicy, my friends don't, but our views were pretty much alike - excellent food. You have to wait a bit, however the dishes are well worth the wait. I did opt for Sun on the basis of other reviews and I'm glad I did. I hope your experience turns out to be like mine.

Excellent quality and fair prices. Have tried others but found the taste to be bland, this is by far the tastiest food and on par with the food I experienced while living in the US. Will be going back for more.Recently had food from here again and it was excellent just like the previous occasion they clearly have a baseline quality which is exceptional. There's a few of us commuters who chat on the train in the mornings and we all agree this place is amazing.

We ordered 3 Cantonese dishes withno spicy, as on the menu most of dishes are full of chillies. Having waited for half an hour, it came, but tasted very salty and all strong flavoured.I asked the waitress why it tasted so different, she became impatient and said that's how the dishes are. I asked if I could give my opinion about the food. She said they do not need opinions nor suggestion, as she isn't the boss.I believe and I hope the restaurant will close down soon.

My partner and myself (my baby now) are regular customers. Dish are very taste, the restaurant is very clean. Baby chair is super clean and this is why I like to take my baby there. People are running this restaurant are very friendly and you feel warm towards them. This restaurant is very famous on spicy flavor but you can ask them not to add spice to suit individual taste. Highly rarely!

Ordered shredded beef and egg fried rice. From the rating of this restaurant and the price through Deliveroo, I expected fresh quality food. The shredded beef didn’t only not taste fresh, it tasted old and the meat stale. I’ve ordered the same from another highly rated restaurant and you can tell when the ingredients are fresh. The sauce as well seemed full of chemicals and it was not only covering the meat but overly covered as if trying to hide the stale food.Very disappointing. I made the order at 9.15pm and it amazed me by arriving after only 15mins. Fresh food takes time to cook. I’m sorry but I don’t rate this place and don’t trust the food.
