Good prices and good 'staples' of summer bedding - going on a week day beats the old weekend mayhem in May that used to be standard!A small range of compost, trees, shrubs etc. Stuff like sweetpeas, stocks, etc released when ready. There is a weekly mailing list of what's ready. To subscribe to it ask at the checkout to be added. Also they have a 'leave for recycling' old gardentools and plastic pots bins

Tight range of plants but great value and grown by the council staff in the adjacent poly tunnels. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit for the value and quality.
