Came out same day and identified the issue with my boiler within 15 minutes. Arranged to source the parts required and updated me first thing the next morning to confirm he had got the parts. Came later in the day and fixed it for us. He charged us half of what other companies were quoting us and got us sorted and back in a warm home in no time. Thank you very much.

Terrible experience, promised to be here after 12 noon on day 1. Finally appeared 7pm the following day. Then came spent 20 mins later saying needed a part. Following day text to say no part needed just need to clean the fuel pump. 3 days later still no appearance all while leaving me with no heating or hot water. Never kept his promises to turn. I would avoid if you need an emergency repair as they can’t be trusted to turn up.

When we needed a new heating system (boiler/pipe work/ radiators etc) Darryl was by far the quickest to come over and give us a quote. He did an excellent job working late to get the job done. Couldn't recommend him enough, always on hand if there are problems too. Great guy and great service. Will be using again in the future for all our plumbing work.

Came to service our boiler that was working perfectly fine. Left us without any heating as he “couldn’t get it to turn back on” and promised he would be back the next day. He never turned up and when asked made up many excuses and swore at us (screenshots to prove this) and has still left us without heating. Further told us to “go through insurance”. Highly unprofessional, abusive and unreliable and I would not recommend.Had another company come in to check this cowboy had left the boiler in a safe state, they found he had just trapped some wires behind a panel stopping the boiler from turning on. Further proof this company does not know what they are doing and does not check their work.

Daryl came to our help very quickly in an emergency situation. I found him very professional and priced fairly.
