After nearly 2 years of trying for our second child we were seemingly going through unexplained infertility.Our GP did some basic blood tests and a pelvic scan but couldn’t see any obvious issues. We were added to a very long waiting list for the fertility department at the hospital. Knowing we couldn’t afford any private fertility treatment (and the NHS wouldn’t fund us IVF for a second child should it come to it) we decided to find an alternative option to try whilst waiting on the list.Whilst looking into reflexology I came across Debbie’s website. With her certifications, packages and solid reviews, I gave her a call. We discussed reflexology but also the benefits of the full package that would include health screening tests and dietary therapy as well as the reflexology.Debbie offered a payment plan to pay in instalments which worked perfectly.After some thorough health testing and questions - most of which my GP had NEVER even spoken to me about such as BMI, diet, exercise, lifestyle, eating / cooking habits and much more, Debbie took me through her supplement and diet recommendations. She was fantastic at drafting up meal options that suited my culinary capabilities (barely any) and lifestyle (working family with a small picky child who eats all her meals with us).She was so open minded, wonderful, resourceful and knows her stuff!She would look over my body basal temperature chart every week and tailor our reflexology sessions to where I was in my cycle, and our sessions were a lovely weekly catch up I always looked forward to.Inbetween sessions, we could check in with one another through her very helpful online system, and I could send photo updates of my dietary progress and check in for more tips.Shes the cheerleader your just don’t get with a GP, and she will always be there to look into something further and champion your cause.I’m so happy and grateful to say, that sure enough after Debbie had said it can take 3 or so months for our diet changes to have an effect on our reproductive system, soon enough I found myself infront of a positive pregnancy test. 7 weeks later, still going strong and was so happy to even send an early scan photo over to Debbie, and she was of course delighted.I cannot recommend Debbie enough, nothing short of a miracle worker!

She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of reflexology and natural heaIth benefits. I also booked in for a health screening and nutrition plan and honestly it's changed my life. It highlighted health issues and Debbie tailored a plan moving forward to help me resolve any health concerns and implement changes to a better lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend Debbie more. I am seeing her for nutrition advice for my young daughter who suffers from eczema. Debbie took a lot of time and care really listening to my concerns and formulating a plan that made sense and was really easy and manageable for us as a family. I really liked how Debbie gave me small implementable steps and always checks up on how things are going. She has a lovely way about her and you just feel very supported. I liked her so much that I then booked in for myself to address hormonal issues, migraines etc. and again Debbie has been invaluable in offering a doable plan that has made a huge difference already. I visited Debbie after suffering terrible constant pain in my lower left abdomen due to chronic ibs symptoms . Id been suffering with this pain and flare up for six months and nothing the dr was prescribing was solving the pain or discomfort . Meeting Debbie for the first time , she instantly made me feel relaxed and really understood how this was making me feel and the impact this was having on daily life. She was really thorough and after doing my screening , we talked through the results and was emailed a few days later with changes that would definitely improve my gut health and hopefully improve my chronic ibs symptoms . Going to that appointment and following all of Debbie’s changes was life changing. I have followed all of Debbie’s advice and after being in daily pain for so long , it was amazing to be pain free after so long and to feel well again . These changes to my diet not only remedied the ibs symptoms but also my psoriasis which I’ve had for 36 years , which is now completely clear ( I can’t actually remember when I was psoriasis free ). I honestly can’t thank Debbie enough for what she’s done and all the information and advice she has given me since my first appointment. I feel like I’ve got my life back again .

I’ve just completed the health screening /nutrition and 6 week reflexology course. The health screening was so interesting and coupled with nutrition information has really focussed me on improving my health. The reflexology has been amazing, I literally feel as though I am walking on air when I leave! The whole experience has left me wanting to learn more about how informed choices can improve my health. I will be enrolling on the Health on a Plate course as soon as I can. Debbie is a genuine person who is truly committed to helping people make the right choices to help themselves, I have loved all of my appointments and the conversations that we have had.

After two years of struggling to conceive I visited Debbie for fertility help. The reflexology paired with Debbie’s expertise were excellent. Every week I looked forward to my appointment which left me feeling like I was floating on air. After six sessions my period pain and bloating had disappeared, I felt much better in myself and a lot more relaxed. To top it all off, this week I found out I was pregnant.
