Purchased a reconditioned laptop. Screen totally defective. Owner doesn't respond when contacted to address the issue.(Edit, replying to owner)We purchased it through our business in shifnal you failed to deal with our query when your member of staff did answer and you have never answered any phone call made since in the last 6 months. This is a genuine review and not fake. Would not recommend.
